There are several facets to working with Brian that makes him an invaluable partner 1. He is extremely responsive. In calls and texts he always gets back to you within a matter of minutes, even when he’s doing something else. He’s a great multi tasker. 2. He is very sharp. He picks up on the nuances of what you’re looking for and the the nuances about a home or neighborhood and translates that info to you fast so you can make a decision. 3. He has good knowledge about home repair issues. He can give you insight into what types of issues to look out for, a ballpark figure on how much certain repairs would cost.
