BD Real Estate Solutions is a Kansas City–based real estate investment and advisory company serving the greater KC metro, including Lawrence and Topeka. We’re a family-owned business built on real experience, strong relationships, and a straightforward approach to helping people make smart real estate decisions.
Our business today is heavily focused on working with investors—helping them find, analyze, and close on opportunities that actually make sense. Whether it’s someone buying their first rental or an experienced investor growing a portfolio, we bring a practical, hands-on perspective because we’ve been in those same shoes ourselves.
At the same time, we work closely with property owners who need options. Not every situation is simple—and that’s where we do our best work. From properties that need repairs to tighter timelines or more complicated circumstances, we help sellers understand what’s possible. Sometimes that means listing on the market. Other times it means selling off-market or structuring a deal that better fits their goals. Our role is to lay out the options clearly so you can make the right decision for you.
What really sets us apart is that we operate on both sides of the business. The challenges one seller is facing are often the exact opportunities an investor is looking for—and we’ve built our company around connecting the two in a way that works for everyone involved.
Our story started back in 2006 when we began investing in real estate ourselves. Like most investors, we learned by doing—flipping houses, making mistakes, figuring things out, and building relationships along the way. That experience led to the creation of PSR Home Buyers, focused on helping homeowners who needed to sell quickly, and later Brian Dinkel Homes, which grew into one of the more investor-friendly real estate businesses in the Kansas City area.
As both sides of the business continued to grow, it became clear there was a better way to serve our clients by bringing everything together. In 2022, BD Real Estate Solutions was formed to combine those efforts under one roof—creating a more streamlined and effective experience for both investors and sellers.
